Myself and seven of my clients/friends own apartments in Block A9.We are now using the apartments on a regular basis and are very keen to ensure the complex is managed to the highest possible standards!We attended the agm,we heard both positive and negative news.
It was very disappointing to hear that many owners had not paid the service charges due.As I am involved in property management in Ireland,I know the problems this can cause!Although we may all have particular grievances,there are other ways to get these dealt with.Without payment of service charges a longer term problem is storing-up!We all need to cooperate to ensure that sufficient funds are available and are spent for the benefit of every owner.
These are difficult times,a practical solution should be pursued in respect of any particular issue that arises.We should communicate all grievances in a professional and practical manner,then ensure that they are dealt with by the Management of Orizon.
